There are many options for having someone install your cell phone booster system, but I like how the SureCall Flare Omni doesn’t require you to aim an antenna. The setup seems reasonable for anyone with a DIY background. The world of cell phone boosters has opened up thanks to many models and installation options.
An extra 1,000 square feet can be great, but if you’re at home, do you really need that much extra space? I can’t imagine the price point being that much more beneficial. Help me out.
Walter, as for your comment “I see the coverage area is 1-2 rooms but I’m confused because it says it covers up to 2500 feet. Does that mean it won’t help my entire 1500 square feet home?” let me help. There’s a disclaimer that says that coverage square footage will depend on the strength of the outside signal. Most have good coverage outside but weak or none inside – that is why they rush outside to make a call or receive a call to prevent it from dropping mid-conversation. Both references – better coverage within 1 to 2 rooms and across 2500 ft. are rough estimations based on a “good” signal outside. If you have a good signal outside, you can definitely expect to cover your entire 1.5K sq. ft. even though that space spans over more than two rooms because that is just a point of reference – not a concrete limitation.
The Flare Omni seems like it’s what would work for me. My home is roughly 1500 square feet. I see the coverage area is 1-2 rooms but I’m confused because it says it covers up to 2500 feet. Does that mean it won’t help my entire 1500 square feet home?
