Would there be a problem if I used a Y-Adapter on Antenna Output to my WiFi Modem that has Two Inputs? Would the values remain the same on the Grid Parabolic Antenna? Or would I have problems?
For wifi radio plus the cell radio, it has to use a power divider or combiner.
However, your question seems to say it is for a 2 port single device. For sure, it needs a power divider (the kind used for DAS/BDA installations). However, we cannot speculate what the performance will be. The signal on the very same frequency from device may cancel each other out. -

What is the maximum length supported from the antenna to the booster?
Sorry, there's no set limit because it depends on the strength of signals caught by antenna at any specific location. If you aim it precisely to cell tower even up to 10 miles away using signal meter, you may get a strong signal to support the length you need despite signal loss you will incur. To make it worthwhile in many instances when in weak signal rural remote areas to minimize signal loss, we recommend using LMR600 cable instead of LMR400 cable if you plan to use cable over 75-100 ft.

Does this antenna have to be plugged into power source?
It is designed to be used in a signal enhancement sytem that contains a powered signal amplifier. However, it can be used as a standalone passive antenna without connection to power / electricity but the result may not be as impressive as when used within a cellular or wifi booster system or distributed antenna system (DAS).

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.

Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location.
