In rural areas, the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV uses it's 2X higher amplification power to better access faraway cellular towers, keeping you connected further into the fringe of the network.*
Urban environments present many challenges for cellular devices. 2X more uplink power allows your device to make more with less to keep calls connected, texts deliverable, and data at your fingertips.*
Sending texts, videos, images, or using mobile apps is reliant on a strong 3G, 4G LTE, or 5GE signal. While both weBoost Drive 4G-X (470510) and SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 signal booster kits support these signals, the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 sends and receives those data transmissions faster than the closest competitor.*
*Validated within 3rd party test by CKC Laboratories, Inc.
The Value Behind the Results.
POWER THAT PUSHES THE BOUNDARY.
In rural areas on the extreme fringe of the network users need a booster with more uplink power. Typically the reason your calls drop, texts go unsent, and data fails in these situations stems from your phone not having enough power to send a signal back to the nearest tower. The SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 has the 2X the strength to get that signal back to the tower, keeping you connected further into the cellular void.*
SPEEDING TICKET WORTHY DATA SPEEDS.
When transferring data through your mobile device – sending texts, videos, images, using applications, etc. – users need a high-quality amplifier with a lower downlink ripple and error vector magnitude (EVM). The SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 outperformed the competition to more reliably send and receive data in tough-to-reach areas.*

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
We have a travel trailer. In reading the description of the RV signal booster, it seems it needs to be placed in the trailer. Is it portable to be used when the tow vehicle is towing or when leaving the campsite?
Yes, it is portable.

I purchased the SureCall fusion3.0 for RV and after testing it in Dbm, it is not boosting the signal at all. I moved the exterior antenna around as well as the interior antenna and it doesn't boost my signal. I even tried the smaller, additional antenna this kit comes with and that did not boost my signal either. Do you have any troubleshooting information about this? I can't get it to work.
In most cases, exterior antenna is too close to interior antenna so you may want to place them farther apart. You said you moved them around but just want to make sure you know that more further apart they are, the less chance of oscillation and resulting power suppression in booster's automatic gain control. Always make sure exterior antenna is atleast 1 foot away from windows to prevent oscillation between both antennas. Please call us to troubleshoot over phone if this does not resolve the problem. Thank you.

I am looking at the SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV | SC-Fusion2Go3-RV. I am wondering about the large antenna. Is that meant to be mounted on a pole? Will the small magnetic antenna work also? Can you tell me the dimensions of the Omni antenna?
SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV comes with exterior omni antenna that can be mounted on RV's ladder or a pole purchased separately.
Exterior omni antenna height is 9.5 inches, width is 3.9 inches, and weighs one pound.
It includes interior whip antenna that attaches to signal amplifier unit.
Optional interior patch antenna with cable has been included as an option if you need to place interior antenna away from the main signal booster unit.
Optional exterior mini-magnet mount antenna with cable has been included as an option if you wish to use the smaller exterior antenna that requires no installation. If the roof is made of composite material such as aluminum that does not attract magnets, then an adhesive has been included so you can still adhere this mag. mount antenna to the RV roof.
Thank you. -
Can the Fusion2go system be ordered with 12dBi log periodic / yagi antenna instead of the omni-directional antenna? Are connector adapters required for the sc240 cable or is there a different cable required? The offered system includes both a whip and a patch internal antennas. Are both necessary? Which is the most efficient? Are both ac and dc power supplies necessary? I would like to put together a system with a directional antenna, ac power supply, fusion2go signal booster, patch antenna, appropriate cable a connectors, and 6-25ft antenna mast. Is that possible? What would the approximate cost be for such a system? What would be the the lead time be? Thanks.
You can order 50 Ohm Yagi antenna separately and switch it out with omni antenna that comes in the kit. Everything else can remain the same.
You can also order 6-25 ft. telescoping pole separately.
If using this for a vehicle like an RV, please note that Yagi antenna is a directional antenna so you would need to aim it to nearest cell tower each time you park and plan to stay at that place for some time. That is why the stock antenna included is Omni so that it is a permanent installation and you won't have to re-adjust antenna. That being said, the Yagi antenna can catch signals from farther away than omni antennas, so you may have very good reason to switch out omni antenna with yagi antenna.
Both interior antennas are included (whip and patch) in the kit but whip offers higher Gain than the patch antenna. On other hand, patch antenna is more convenient to use as it comes with a 10 ft. cable and thus can be placed freely anywhere within 10 ft. cable length radius of amplifier to improve signal strength wherever needed, versus limited to radius around amplifier where whip antenna is attached (which can also be moved as needed but that is very inconvenient to do with exterior antenna cable attached to it).
Both AC and DC adapters are included in the kit for flexibility and convenience. You can use the AC adapter if needed and keep DC adapter for use in future with standard DC power socket included in most vehicles.
Regarding Yagi antenna: Since you need to adjust antenna for using the booster, it implies that you would be using the booster when parked. If that is the case, you may want to consider Fusion4Home kit instead of Fusion2Go kit because Fusion4Home with Yagi and Whip antennas plus 6-25 ft. telescoping pole would meet most of your requirements and provide up to 72 dB Gain (versus up to 50 dB Gain that Fusion2Go kit can provide).
While we think that one of above options would be suitable for your needs, please do contact us by phone if you need us to put together a custom kit that meets all your requirements. The lead time would be one business day. Thank you. -
I have installed, in my camp, SureCall Fusion2Go 3.0 RV Signal Booster Kit. Inside the camp, I have to stand 2 feet from antenna to be able to have a telephone signal. I was wondering if you have a booster that I can use in the camp to be able to use the phone over a larger area? Thank you and good day.
Yes, you can switch out the whip antenna with this 50 Ohm Panel Antenna (SC-248W) which can give larger inside cellular network signal coverage space.
However, you will also need any cable with Type N-Male to FME-Female connector (SC-004-20-FN) to connect it to the booster. -
I have the Surecall Fusion 2-RV. I want to connect ten feet of cable to the 40 ft. that comes with the kit, and the other end to the booster. You have two 10 ft. 240 cables - one with FME-male, and one with N-male. Which one will work?
The correct part number is SC-004-10-FF. It has FME male on one end while the other end of the cable is FME female.

How far do i put antenna from booster
Farther away the main booster is from exterior antenna, the better. This will reduce chances of oscillation between booster-attached interior antenna, and outside omni antenna. 40 ft. cable has been provided so try to use as much of it to distance the two from each other. The closer you bring the two, you will notice lesser the boosted coverage space near and around the right-angle inside antenna that is connected to the main signal amplifying unit.

Warning
Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.
Kevin K. of Anderson, California gave the following review:
Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
