Exterior Antenna Options.

weBoost Office 100 comes with Omni exterior stock antenna which propagates signals omni-directionally, meaning in all directions. Thus, it is ideal for capturing signals from all directions and from all carrier's cell towers. It is easier to install because no aiming towards cell tower is required. It is ideal for areas that have medium to good cell signal strength outside the house or building.

Optional Yagi exterior antenna is a uni-directional antenna which is ideal for areas that have weak to medium cell signal strength outside the building or home. The reason for this is that these can reach out farther than omni antennas to catch signals from cell towers that are farther away. They would require aiming their pointed end towards the relevant carrier's cell tower.

Optional LPDA exterior antenna is also uni-directional antenna but even more powerful. Thus, it is ideal for areas that have very weak cell signal strength outside the building or home. The reason for this is that these can reach out even farther than omni and standard yagi antennas to catch signals from cell towers that are farthest away. They would require precise aiming of pointed end towards the relevant carrier's cell tower.
