How to check whether cell phone's internal antenna is damaged?
If your phone shows no service and no signal bars all the time, or you cannot make a call from anywhere, the cell phone internal antenna may be damaged. The way to confirm that is to take another cell phone from same service carrier and make a call from the same place the other phone in question wouldn't work. If you're able to make a call and hold a conversation on the second phone, the other phone in question probably has some damage in it due to impact or simply liquid or moisture damage. If you're not able to make a call on both cell phones with active cellular service, then it means that the signal is not reaching the phones from the cell tower and a cell phone phone booster may help.
