What is 4G LTE Frequency & Band of Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint?

This is the most common question we get asked from people confused about the different major carrier cell frequencies and bands of 4G LTE services in USA. Different mobile service carriers in North America such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile networks use different LTE frequencies and bands for a variety of reasons.

To make things easier, we have assembled the data into the table below. Rather than showing the data grouped by band or wireless frequency, we have instead grouped everything by the cellular carrier's name. This is because we're often asked what frequencies a specific carrier uses for their LTE service. The following major service providers provide LTE services on 4G network (and soon on 5G network) that cover the majority of people throughout United States.

Please also note that the table below provides data on LTE bands and frequencies only and does not include 2G & 3G mobile services. If you would like to look up the LTE frequency or even 2G & 3G frequency of a particular cell phone carrier not included below, please visit our more comprehensive North American carriers frequency list. Otherwise, read below to find out more about the different LTE frequencies and bands of major USA carriers T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint networks.
