Product Description
200 equivalent cable, 33 ft., with FME connector, male to female.
33 feet 200 equivalent coaxial cable with FME-male to FME-female connectors. This coax extension cable with FME-male to female connections will help extend your short cable with this long cable for your big vehicle cell phone signal booster installation.
Since it is a very long cable (longer than included in any cell phone booster kit available), it is ideal for a very large vehicle such as RV, Luxury Bus, Motorhome Class A, Class B (Camper Van), Class C. In addition, it may also be suitable for RUV (Recreational Utility Vehicle), Towable R.V. such as Conventional Travel Trailer, Hybrid Travel Trailer, Teardrop Camper, Truck Camper/ Slide-In Camper, Pop-Up Camper/ Fold-Down Camper, 5th Wheel Trailer, Folding and Tent Trailer, Sport Utility RV Trailer / Toy Hauler.
Commonly used for data card and cell phone antennas and amplifiers, FME cables feature ISO 9001 compatible machine precision and low-loss nickel-plated construction. Both ROHS compliant and free of lead, FME cables have an impedance of 50 ohms. Please note that the cable and all connectors are fully ROHS compliant.
With double shielding to ensure a low level of signal loss and specialist construction to be bendable and highly flexible, this 200 equiv. coax. cable is housed in a PVC black jacket and is fully rated for outdoor use while also being suitable for indoor installation.
At twice the thickness of the similar 100 cable, the 200 cable has been designed to offer lower levels of signal loss and less attenuation than RG58 or 100 cables. The high-quality construction and materials used in the cable become particularly evident over longer lengths, where the low levels of loss and higher levels of performance can truly be measured.
For Mobile Equipment (FME) offers superior performance between two gigahertz and DC due to its miniature RF connector, 50 ohms. Typically used in mobile installations and applications, RG-58 and their equivalent coaxial cables rely on the narrow cone-shaped design of FME technology to access tight spaces. Sometimes it is only FME cables that can reach tight areas of a vehicle and other access holes, particularly those where FME male adapters need to reach female cable connectors to complete the connection.

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.
Kevin K. of Anderson, California gave the following review:
Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
