- No interference.
- Long life plug (up to 2,000 times).
- Zero halogen and low smoke construction.
- Built-in strain relief and flexible tab.
No More Interference.
You can say goodbye to network interference. All four twisted copper pairs are individually wrapped in Mylar-backed aluminum foil, and a 70% aluminum braid wraps the entire assortment. An extra layer of shielding ensures crosstalk and interference are eliminated much more efficiently than Cat6 cable.
Plug Lifespan.
RJ45 connectors consisting of 50-micron gold-plated contacts are corrosion resistant and shielded. They are durable and built to withstand plugging and unplugging up to 2000 times with no degradation in signal loss or noise.
Zero Halogen Low Smoke Construction.
The Cat7 ethernet has been LZH-tested and conforms to fire safety considerations of low smoke, low corrosion, and low toxicity.
Flex Tab and Strain Relief.
Pinching will be a thing of the past with the Cat7's unique strain relief support which also adds extra support to the RJ45 network ports. Removing and inserting cables is quick and painless due to soft PVC flex tab connectors making it easy for fingers to grip the connectors. The snagless design can handle up to 20 lbs. of pulling force.
FAQ’s:
Does this cable use T568A or T568B pin outs?
Yes, these cables use the 568B.2 schematic.
Are these cables shielded?
Each cable is double shielded. Four twisted copper pairs (26AWG) are individually surrounded with Mylar-backed aluminum foil. A second layer of shielding is created by a 70% aluminum braid which surrounds the entire bundle to eliminate interference and crosstalk.
Am I able to use this cable to connect my modem to my computer or router?
Yes, you can connect your computer and modem directly or any 2 networked devices such as router, smart TV, computer, or game console.
What is the difference between Cat6 and Cat7?
Cat6 and Cat7 are both equally compatible with networked devices. The differences are found in how well each handles signal delivery. Cat7 is the superior choice due to its double shielding. If your network has the potential to suffer from interference, then Cat7 will provide reliability, flexibility, and durability.
Product Highlights:
Data Speeds up to 10 Gigabits – The Cat7 cable meets TIA/EIA 568B.2 standards and as such is capable of data speeds of 10Gbps with a bandwidth up to 1000MHZ.

Both Cat6 vs Cat7 offer the same network compatibility, so why choose one over the other? The answer lies in signal clarity and handling. Cat-7 includes dual layers of shielding which removes the chance that crosstalk and interference can degrade your network signal quality. These features make Cat 7 the sensible choice when you are dealing with networks experiencing high levels of interference. Here is a breakdown of the major differences between Cat6 and Cat7:
Cat 6 |
Cat 7 |
10 Gbps / 550Mhz 10 x the speed of Cat5e but about half the speed of Cat7 |
10 Gbps / 1000MHz 10x faster data transfer than Cat5e and close to 2x the rate of Cat6 |
Moderate Shielding Less shielding means some interference will get through if there are strong signals |
Heavier Shielding An added layer of Mylar-backed Aluminum foil means interference free performance |
Greater Flexibility A flexible cable with a soft (but still durable) jacket creates a cable that is more flexible than Cat7 |
Durable 2000x Strong Plug A shielded RJ45 plug with 50-micron gold plating ensures long lasting performance |
High Compatibility Works with all networkable components including PCs, gaming consoles, printers, and modems. |
Fully Compatible If it works with Cat6 then it will work with Cat7, no problem.
|

Note: For any signal booster to help, outside signal strength must be at least -110 dB or there must be a clear line of sight to a cell tower that is within twenty miles. Before ordering, please check outside signal level in decibels or ensure that you can make and hold a phone call at any good spot outside where you can mount an exterior antenna. Square footage stated in signal booster listings is based on good signal outside. If it is any weaker, the boosted sq. ft. area will be considerably lower, accordingly.
Kevin K. of Anderson, California gave the following review:
Website is easy to use with plain straight forward info but could have had more on testing signal strength to make sure you get a strong enough booster.
Therefore, please note that stated sq. ft. coverage is based on good signal outside. For best results: If outside signal is weak, we suggest choosing the next higher sq. ft. coverage kit. If outside signal is very weak, we suggest choosing the kit with even more higher sq. ft. range bracket. Basically, higher the sq. ft. bracket, the more powerful the signal amplifier with greater Gain as well as higher uplink and downlink output power.
If outside signal is too weak (weaker than -110 dB), submit request for cell coverage solution assessment. Upon receipt of questionnaire, we will perform residential or business site survey. This will help us determine the system that is needed to improve cell coverage. Then, we will create system design using that system such as femtocell, active or hybrid distributed antenna system (DAS), or other carrier feed signal enhancing method available that will work at your signal-challenged location. Finally, we will schedule for installation after equipment and installation service quote has been approved by you, or your company.
For non installation-included kits: Most home / office / building cell signal booster kits only include bracket to mount exterior antenna on outside wall, edge of roof, or existing pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. Mounting pole not included with most kits, unless stated specifically that it is included for free. Therefore, a mounting post must be purchased separately if you will require it to mount exterior antenna.
